ما بين لغة النص المفتوح على شرفات المحبة، وتداعيات رحلة العمل، يغزل الشاعر علي أسعد جابر جديدة الشعري "يقين الرضى" فيرمي بسهام كلامه الطيب قلوب من أحبهم وأحبوه، فنقول طوبى للمعاني حين ترمي بمعانيها ما انطفأ فينا من مشاعر وأحلام وحب وجمال.
في "يقين الرضى" يقتحم علي أسعد جابر ساحة الشعر الحرّ معتمداً قصائد قائمة على تقسيم التفاعيل واختيار القوافي، وفي بعض الأحيان نلمس تمرداً على ما يمليه رواد قصيدة الشعر الحرّ من حيث الوزن المتفاوت بين جملة أو عبارة وأخرى تلك المتعارف عليها بوحدة البيت، وكما يتضح ذلك في العديد من القصائد وبحسب الشاعر جابر توزعت مادة الكتاب على أربعة أبواب:
الباب الأول، تحت عنوان "احتفالية أبوتي" ويحتوي على قصائد ورسائل كتبتها لابنَتيَّ في مناسبات مختلفة. الباب الثاني: بعنوان "ملاكي" ويضم خمساً وستين قصيدة كتبتها فيَّ وإلى زوجتي على مدى أربعةٍ وثلاثين عاماً. وباب ثالث يسير، أفردته تحية لجدتي تحت عنوان "نمرة"، أما الباب الرابع والأخير، فهو بعنوان "نقاوة الذكرى" كتبته في والديّ، تحية محبةٍ، وشكر، وامتنان.
من الباب الثاني في الكتاب وتحت عنوان "ملاكي" يخاطب الشاعر زوجته شعراً فيقول: "من أعماق ذاتي، أكتب لكِ أجمل كلماتي، أكتبُ لكِ، كي يبقى الصيف فيّ، ولونُ البحار، وكي تبقى عيناك، يا ملاكي، حكايا الأسفار، أكتب لك، كي تبقى أحلامي معكِ، هي والزمن المتلاشين متأهبان: لا استكانة، لا فتورْ، أكتب لكِ، كي أبقى حاضراً، لولاكِ، ليس لي حضورْ". بهذه المنادمة العذبة يتيه الشاعر بولهه وأشواقه وعشقه لزوجه ويجيد التصريح بذلك شعراً شفيفاً، ناعماً، فيسكبه في نصّ شعري يعبر عن خلجاتى وآهات منطوية تحت حسّ واحد (الحب).
