… الشهور الأولى بعد عودتي إلى بيتنا كانت طويلة لدرجة لا تُحتمل.. ولكنّني في النهاية بدأتُ أسترجع عاداتي بوهران.. ورنة هاتف الثامنة مساء كلّ يوم تعيد لي نبض الحياة.. كمن أغمس في نهرالبيدخ… تبعثرت خطاياي. وفي نهاية الدرب بان لي أنّ كلّ التلويات استقامت تحت ظلال الهوى. وقد هرعتُ أخيراً لأتدفأ بمجامر القلب. وعمر خلال أشهر يسقيني من كأس النبيذ… نبيذ الهوى.
ههنا تضطرم في دواخلي كلّ ألسنة اللّهب لتحترق رموش العيون الحزينة فقط.. وتتجدد بأخرى تماهي رموش عيون المها.
وكنتُ أغمضُ عيني و أمدّ يدي فقط ليقودني عمر… إلى هناك.. حيث لا عتمة ولا صقيع.. وحده الشروق الأبدي فقط.
وأحببتُ نفسي..وغدوتُ أتمايل على ايقاع الهوى. وراقني أن أتفرج عليّ في المرايا، ولم يعد يخيفني أن تدقّ الساعة الثانية عشرة ليأفل نور السندريلا.
أخذتني نفسي بعيداً… بعيداً. ولم أعد أرمق الشمس وهي تتوسد الانحدار. فقد كنت منتشية بالحب، شاردة عن كلّ بؤس، عن كلّ ألم وحينئذ استطعت أن أكون نفسي.
