هذه شعبة من شعب الإيمان كتبت في المطاعم والمشارب ما يحل منها وما يحرم. وصدرت بالحديث عن الكسب والاكتساب. فقد قال الله تعالى: (يا أيها الذين آمنوا كلوا من طيبات ما رزقناكم), لقد خلق الله تعالى الناس والجن لعبادته فقال تعالى: (وما خلقت الجن والإنس إلا ليعبدون), والعبادة لا تؤدى إلا بقوة البدن, وقوة البدن تحتاج الى الغذاء عادةً وخلقةً. وتحصيل الغذاء إنما يكون بالاكتساب, وطلب الكسب فريضة على كل مسلم حيث قال عليه الصلاة والسلام: (طلب الحلال واجب على كل مسلم). وكان من أهم ما تناوله من مواضيع: أنواع المكاسب, المحرمات من المطاعم, الميتة, الدم المسفوح, لحم الخنزير, ما يحرم أكله من الحيوانات, آداب الأكل, كراهة التنفس في الإناء, وجوب أكل الطيبات, وغيرها من المواضيع المفيدة.
