هذا الكتاب المتواضع يضم تسعة فصول يتضمن الفصل الأول معلومات عامة عن المطعم وأهميته وكيفية هندسة المطعم وخدماته وديكوراته وأنواره وكذلك المهارات الأساسية الواجب توفرها بالعاملين به .
والفصل الثاني يتضمن اكثر أنواع المطاعم انتشاراً بالعالم . أما الفصل الثالث فيتضمن أهم العوامل المساعدة على نجاح أي مطعم معين .
