في هذا الملف الذي تفتحه "السفير" والذي أعده "زهير هواري"، محاولة، لا تدعي الاكتمال بالإحاطة بملف الشيعة في العالميين العربي والإسلامي لكنها تتدرج في إطار المشروع الجريء نحو الدق "على باب الخزان" ومعرفة ما في داخله وما في خارجه بطبيعة الحال والخطر المحدق الذي يتهدد القابعين بين جدرانه الملتهبة.
بدأ هذا الملف انطلاقاً من جنوب لبنان باعتباره النقطة الأكثر سخونة في الحدود العربية-الإسرائيلية ولما يعبر عنه من تقاطعات تجمع بين الفلسطيني واللبناني والسوري والإيراني في مواجهة الإسرائيلي-الأميركي، لاسيما على ضوء المطالب بسحب سلاح حزب الله ونشر الجيش اللبناني على الحدود الدولية. بعد ذلك تناول مضاعفات خارطة الطريق في فلسطين على ضوء ما تعنيه لموقفي كل من سوريا وإيران وبالتماس مع الوضع اللبناني.
ومنه ينتقل إلى البحث التفصيلي في الوضع الداخلي العراقي. وطبيعة تشكل القوى بعد ثلاثة عقود من الضبط الصدامي، والدور الممكن والمفترض أن تلعبه مرجعية النجف على المستوى الوطني في ما يتعدى دورها الفقهي والعقائدي. ومن العراق إلى إيران والجزيرة العربية ثم عودة إلى لبنان في محاولة لرصد التطورات التي دفعت بالدور الشيعي إلى "متن" الكيان اللبناني، بعد مرحلة من التهميش امتدت حتى ستينات القرن الماضي، عندما تمت خلخلتها على يد اليسار أولاً، ثم الإمام موسى الصدر وحركة المحرمين ثانياً ثم حزب الله ثالثاً في الثمانينات وما يليها، وما زالت حاضرة يثقلها اليوم.
ملف الشيعة الذي فتحته "السفير" هو محاولة للدخول في واحدة من أكبر قضايا المنطقة تعقيداً، نظراً لاتساع المسرح الذي تتناوله... ولعله أكثر من إضاءة شمعة في هذا الليل المدلهم.
