وليس هذا كل ما جاءت به المؤلفة بالكتاب، بل ونجد فيه كم من الأسماء الجديدة، التي نبتت في اشتقاقات اللغة، كما ونجد فيه كم من الأسماء الأعجمية الصرفة، مشروحة ومضافة إلى مادة الكتاب الأصلي، وزيادة من الإيضاح قامت بشرح كل الأسماء وبتميزها عن الشرح باللون الأحمر وبتقسيمها على قسمين من الكتاب خصص أولهما لأسماء الإناث وثانيهما لأسماء الذكور معتمدة في تبويب الأسماء على الترتيب الألفبائي.
