هذا الكتاب موجه إلى شعوبنا المعذبة التي عانت من تهجير وقتل ومآسي عبر التاريخ واحتلال وسرقة ثرواتها من قبل الاستعمار الذي دخل بلادنا من عدة أوجه إما بحجة تحرير الشعوب أو نشر الديموقراطية أو حماية الأقليات او لمكافحة الإرهاب وإما بربيع عربي لم يزهر سوى الاشواك والمآسي.
إن استقلال الدول وحرية خياراتها السياسية لاسيما الخارجية، مرتبطة بقوتها وحجمها كلما كبرت قوتها الاقتصادية والسياسية والعسكرية كبر أكثر هامش الخيار عندها، فكيف بالحريّ إذا كانت الولايات المتحدة الأميركية مسيطرة على القرار الدولي واللعبة الدولية مستفيدة من غياب الاتحاد السوفياتي ومتذرعة بأحداث ١١ أيلول ٢٠٠١ لتهيمن على العالم تارة بالاقتصاد، طوراً بالسياسة والقوة العسكرية، والأخطر من ذلك بالقانون عبر قرارات الأمم المتحدة الملزمة كالقرار ١٣٧٣ الصادر في ٢٩/٩ /٢٠٠١.
والأخطر والأدهى، استثمار مكافحة الإرهاب لأغراض توسعية واستراتيجية بالاستيلاء على الموارد ولاسيما النفظ والحفاظ على أمن إسرائيل، وكيفية تشابك المصالح بين الشركات والمنظمات الصهيونية ومكر "المسحيين الجدد" أمثال هانتنغتون وفوكوياما، وكيف أن التواطؤ بين الـ"C.I.A" والـ "AIPAC" في الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا من أجل تمزيق المنطقة كي يسهل تجسيد حلم "شعب الله المختار" في امبراطورية مختارة.
وليس من باب الصدفة أن تأتي التوصيات في القرار ١٣٧٣ والمستند إلى الفصل السابع من ميثاق الامم المتحدة، هو يشكل اليوم أحد الأركان الأساسية لنظام مكافحة الإرهاب الدولي هي نفسها المذكورة في الفصل الأخير من كتاب رئيس حكومة العدو نتنياهو "Fight Against Terrorism" الصادر في عام ١٩٩٥ عندما كان سفيراً لبلاده في الولايات المتحدة الأميركية ومنها يستطيع القارئ أن يستنتج حجم اللعبة الكبرى من اجتياح العراق وأفغانستان الى التأثير على سوريا ولبنان كما ذكرنا في الكتاب.
