ان ظهور كتاب الوجيز في شرح القانون المدني الاردني، الجزء الثاني في اثار الحقوق الشخصية، وفي طبعته الاولى قبل ما يقارب العقد من السنين، اشعرني انه امسى يحتاج الى تعديل واضافة وتنقيح. واني حريص كل الحرص على ان اضع هذه الطبعة الجديدة بين ايدي المختصين والمهتمين بالقضايا الحقوقية والقانونية من قضاة ومحامين واساتذة، وطلبة في كليات الحقوق بصورة خاصة. ان ما تزيد به هذه الطبعة على سابقتها، هو محاولتي اضافة بعض الاحكام الفقهية الى هذه الطبعة، وبعض القرارات القضائية، اذ قد حرصت على ابراز القضاء الاردني، وايراد احكام لمحكمة التمييز الاردنية كلما كان ذلك ممكنا، اذ قد اصبح القضاء الاردني قضاء ثريا بالاحكام قويا في بنائه القانوني، وقد ساعد على ذلك ظهور احكام محكمة التمييز في مجلدات وموسوعات متسلسلة.
