يبحث هذا الكتاب في القانون الاردني وبالتحديد فيما يختص الحقوق الشخصية وأحكام الالتزامات، حيث يبحث في وسائل تنفيذ الالتزام ومن بينها الالتزام الطبيعي والالتزام المدني ويتناول وسائل تنفيذه والتي تشمل الوفاء ويفصل في الحديث عن هذا الفرع حيث يذكر من انواعه الوفاء البسيط كما يبينه طرف الوفاء وامن يكون الوفاء كذلك يشمل الحديث عن الإعذار والايداع ثم يشرع في ذكر شروط تحقق الوفاء مشيرا في الوقت نفسه الى الطبيعة القانونية للوفاء الاعتيادي ومما يبحث فيه هذا الكتاب المقاصة فيبحث في ماهيتها وأنواعها وكذلك فوائدها ووظيفتها ومن الموضوعات الأخرى التي يطرق بابها هذا الكتاب اتحاد الذمتين حيث يبين موقفه وصوره ، متناولا أحكمامه وآثاره ويعالج أيضا موضوع تجديد الالتزام فيشير الى شروط شروط التجديد وأحكام هذا التجديد وآثاره ثم يمضي شارحا التنفيذالجبري ولايلتقي عند هذا الحد، بل إنه يفصل في الحديث عنه حيث يبين شروط التنفيذ العيني وكيف يتم ثم يذكر وسائل إكراه الدين للحصول على التنفيذ العيني، ويبحث كذلك في العلاقة السببية كما أنه يبحث في مسألة التعويض القانوني.
