اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مدخل وثلاثة فصول إذ تناول المدخل البلاغة والإعجاز عند علماء التفسير والبلاغة فتم فيه بيان أهم وجوه الإعجاز عند أولئك العلماء لا سيما الوجه البلاغي وتناول الفصل الأول المستوى التركيبي للخطاب القرآني الكريم إذ بين مستويات هذا التركيب ودلالتها على المعاني وأهم ما تناوله هذا الفصل العلاقات المحوية والخبر وفروقه والتعريف والتنكير والتقديم والتأخير والفصل والوصل والالتفات وتناول الفصل ا لثاني المستوى الدلالي متمثلاً بالمجاز والتشبيه والاستعارة والكتاية إذ تم بيان الصورة البلاغية للنصوص القرآنية الكريمة من خلال تطبيق تلك الصور البلاغية وأثر ذلك على المعنى العام للنص القرآني وتناول الفصل الثالث المستوى الصوتي وقد تكفل هذا الفصل في بيان أثر الصوت في المعنى ودلالته على ذلك المعنى ومن مباحث هذا الفصل الفاصلة والطباق والتكرار. وختمت الدراسة بخاتمة بينت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال دراسة التفسير المذكور ونظراً لتشعب المصطلحات البلاغية في كتب كثيرة منها ما يتعلق بالبلاغة وأخرى تتعلق بالإعجاز لذا اعتمدت الدراسة على أمهات كتب التفسير والبلاغة منها تفسير الكشاف للزمخشري وتفسير مفاتيح الغيب للرازي وتفسير أنوار التنزيل وأسرار التأويل للبيضاوي وتفسير البحر المحيط لأبي حيان الأندلسي وغيرها ومن كتب إعجاز القرآن كتاب إعجاز القرآن للباقلاني والبرهان في وجوه البيان لابن وهب الكاتب والبرهان في علوم القرآن للزركشي وإعجاز القرآن البياني بين النظرية والتطبيق لحفني محمد شرف وإعجاز القرآن والبلاغة النبوية لمصطفى صادق الرافعي وغيرها كثير ومن كتب البلاغة كتابي عبد القاهر الجرجاني دلائل الإعجاز وأسرار البلاغة وكتاب الإيضاح في علوم البلاغة للقزويني ومفتاح العلوم للسكاكي والصناعتين للعسكري والعمدة لابن رشيق القيرواني كما اعتمدت الدراسة على كثير من الكتب الحديثة التي اهتمت بالأسلوب لغرض ربط الدراسة بالآراء الحديثة.
