أما الفصل الثامن فقد خصص لعرض البرنامج التدريبي لإعداد الطلبة المعلمين وفق استراتيجية التعليم والتدريب الفردي-التعيينات التدريبية-ويأتي البرنامج التدريبي مرتبطاً بأهداف مقرر طرائق التدريس وتقنيات التعليم في كليات التربية ومعاهد إعداد المعلمين، وبكفايات التدريس العامة التي تهم معلم المواد الاجتماعية (التاريخ) في إعداد الخطوط واللوحات الزمنية التاريخية واستخدامها في مجال التدريس فضلاً عن أن التشبيهات والأمثلة التوضيحية والأنشطة التطبيقية مأخوذة من مجال تدريس مادة التاريخ في المرحلة الابتدائية.
