"أنثى لرجل واحد" رواية تقول لقارئها أن الأنثى لا تحب إلا رجلاً واحداً، مهما تعددت تجاربها. تلك هي (ريما) بطلة الروائية لطيفة الزهير، كتبتها بحروف يملؤها الحب فامتزج حبرها بلون الصفحات، خط حكاياته عليها، نثر عبيره عليها، فتلون بلون الحياة.
وفي الرواية تبدو ريما أنموذجاً للمرأة المثقفة والناجحة، تعمل صحافية في جريدة يومية بالرياض، ولها قرائها ومعجبيها، وصديقاتها، وأهلها الذين يفتخرن بها، ولكن كل هذا لا يكفي، فالبحث عن الشريك في الحياة، هو الغاية، وفي رحلة البحث عن الحب والزواج. تمر ريما بأكثر من تجربة، وعندما نجد الحب الحقيقي مع خالداً، تفضل عليه حريتها، كينونتها كأنثى قبل أي شيء!!.
من أجواء الرواية نقرأ:
"أحتاج إليه شيء يفوق الحاجة، أجننت حين فرطت به؟
أنهيت حياتي بأحرف لا أدري أهي في مكانها أم أني عبثت فحسب. أتقلب في فراشي على جمر، تكويني الوحدة ويكويني البعد (...) كنت أمسك بها تفي وأحضنه .. كان هنا مرتع صوته ... وهنا كانت صورة .. هنا كانت كل ذكرياتي التي لن تعود ولا مع آخر!
حبك يغتالك الحزن من أجل من تحبه فلا أحد يستطيع أن يواسيك أو يهدئك إلا هو! تركته قبل أن تتوب نفسي منه .. فظلت عليلة لم تشف ..!".
أمي لا تعترف بالحب وتظن أنه حديث يتشدق به الفارغون ليسلوا أمسياتهم الفارغة أيضًا ولا تعلم أنه أشبه بالمرض العضال الذي توغل في ابنها ولا يجد له حتى طبيباً ليجتثه ويستأصل ألمه الذي يجعلني أشبه برداء بالٍ..
أشعر بشيء لا يعبر عنه بالكلام ولا بالكتابة شيء قد يراه أحدهم في مواطن روحي في داخل عيني وأوقن إيقاناً تاماً، أنه لا يمكن أن يظهر لأحد إلا لأنثى تدعى ريما، تلك التي سكنت روحي وحاولت جاهداً أمنعها أن تفعل لكني كنت كالمكبل لا أملك لنفسي إلا أن أرثيها ..
الروح حين يسكنها أحد يتسارع إليها التلف ..وتكون هي الآخر!
