إن ما قصده أرسطو بأن الإرادة هي الله الذي خلق الكون من الهواء والماء والتراب والنار، وخلقها من العدم، لأنه لو خلقها أحدٌ غيره لكان هناك من خلقه وهو الشيء الغير المنطقي كم أسلفنا.
فالكون الذي تشكِّل من هذه العناصر الأربعة بدقّة، كان دليلاً على سريان الإرادة الإلهية فيه، لأن الإبداع في الشيء يعني سريان الإرادة فيه، وتبقى منفصلة عنه بشخصها، ومتصلة به لسريان آثارها فيه.
فعندما أبدع الله الكون انفصل عنه بذاته لقدرته على إبداع آخر، واتصل به لوجود إرادته فيه، وكل ما يستطيع أن ينفصل عن الشيء يعني أنّه غني عنه، بينما يبقى الشيء فقيراً إليه، لعدم قدرته على الإنفصال عنه...
