وضع المؤلف هذا الكتاب (إضافة إلى مؤلفاته الكثيرة) بهدف تحرير الذهنية العامة من مفاهيم مغلوطة أدت إلى ضياع الأرض. وهي مفاهيم يأخذ بها بعض أصحاب الأرض الفلسطينيين. وما يسعى إليه المؤلف هو فضح يهوه والكتاب الذي يتضمن سيرته لأن وجود يهوه على رأس ديانة متحصنة بين دفتي كتاب مقدس يعتبر أكثر الكتب توفراً بين أيدي الناس.
كما أن هذا الكتاب الذي تلتحف بين دفتيه الشرائع والفرائض والمواقف الإلهية يغص بالمطامع وهو مخطط رهيب من الطموحات الإقليمية والمرامي السياسية. إن هذا الكتاب الذي وضعه عزار الكاهن في السبي البابلي هو الذي صنع اليهود وصنع تاريخهم إذ لا حجة ولا وثيقة ولا سند يبرر للصهاينة احتلال أرض فلسطين غير هذا الكتاب.
والمؤلف يهدف إلى تحرير مجتمعه من معتقلات النصوص التوراتية المعتبرة مقدسة. كما يرمي إلى إحداث صودع في البناء الذهني الفلسطيني، وأن يقتلع المفاهيم اليهودية المتمثلة في النصوص التوراتية من الذهنية الفلسطينية.
