لما كان من الصعب على القراء الأكارم الحصول على نسخ أصلية من الكتب النادرة والقديمة و لما كانت العبرة فيما تحتويه هذه الكتب من معلومات قيمة وربما طريفة تدل على ما كانت عليه الأحوال في زمن كتابتها دأبت دار النوادر على اصدار هذه الكتب مما تحصل عليه من كتب نادرة ومخطوطات أصلية حتى يتمكن الجميع من الاطلاع عليها والكتاب الذي بين يدينا واحد من هذه الكتب وفيه: (من المعلوم أن اكتساب العلوم هو الذي به تكمل القوة العاقلة التي بها امتياز الإنسان عن بقية الحيوانات, وأنفعها العلوم الشرعية فإنها مبنى السعادة في الحياة وبعد الممات, وهي متوقفة على علوم العربية, فإنها وسائل الوصول الى الشريعة المحمدية, ولما كان كل ما يكتسبه الإنسان يحتاج الى انتقاده, ليعرف صحته من فساده, ولا سيما العلوم فإنها مفاتيح الأبواب ومدار الاكتساب, وكان علم المنطق هو معيار العلوم, وميزان المنطوق والمفهوم, وبه يكتسب الذهن العصمة عن الاخلال, والسرعة في الانتقال, تلقاه علماء الشريعة بالقبول, واعتنى به منهم كثير من الفحول, لذلك كان الذي تداولته أيدينا, وشاع ذكره في نادينا, أحد عشر علماً وهي العرف والنحو والمعاني والبيان والبديع والحديث والتفسير والأصول والفقه والتوحيد والمنطق, وأما غيرها وإن كان له نفع في الشريعة أيضاً كالحساب والعروض فقد امتازت عنه تلك العلوم بكثرة.)
