Book Description
إنّ أنفع العلوم هي العلوم الشرعية، فإنّها مبنى سعادة المؤمن في حياتِه وبعد مماته، وهي متوقفة على علوم العربية، لذا فقد مثلت اللغة العربية وسائل الوصول إلى الشريعة الإسلامية، وصنّفها العلماء على أحد عشر علماً، وهي: الصرف والنحو والمعاني والبيان والبديع والحديث والتفسير والأصول والفقه والتوحيد والمنطق، وأما غيرها، وإن كان له نفع في الشريعة أيضاً؛ كالحساب والعروض، فقد امتازت عنه تلك العلوم بكثرة احتياجها إليها، وتوقف الإحاطة بالشريعة عليها: هذا ولما كان كل من العلوم مسائله تبعاً للمواضيع المتبادلة؛ إلّا أنّها مكتنفة بجهتي وحدة تضبطها: الأولى: ذاتية، وهي وحدتها من جهة وحدة موضوع العلم المبحوث فيه عن أحواله. والثانية: عرضيّة، كوحدتها من جهة وحدة غايتها المرتّبة عليها. وعلى هذا كان لابد من دارس ومشتغل في العلوم الشرعية وما يمتّ إليها بصلة من الإحاطة بما يضبط هذه العلوم ليأمن من فَوق ما يبتغيه، والوقوع فيما لا يعنيه، كام كمال الشروع في كلّ علم متوقفاً على معرفة مقدماته ووسائله، كمعرفة حقيقته وموضوعه وفائدته ومسائله.
من هذا المنطلق تأتي هذه الدراسة التي عنى فيها المؤلف بيان مبادئ كل علم من هذه العلوم، مرتباً ذلك على مقدمةٍ ومقصدٍ وخاتمة. أمّا المقدمة فقد ضمّت مباحث تتعلق بمبادئ العلوم على وجه العموم، فجاءت في بيان معنى المقدمة والمبادئ، وفي بيان كل من العلم، والحدّ، والموضوع، والمسائل، وفي بيان الإختلاف في مبادئ العلوم وما هي المقدمة للشروع في علم من العلوم الشرعية.
تلى هذه المقدمة مجموعة مقاصد هي حول مبادئ العلوم الأحد عشر مفصّلة على النحو التالي: مبادئ الصرف، مبدائ علم النحو، مبادئ علم المعاني، مبادئ علم البيان، مبادئ علم البديع، مبادئ علم الحديث، مبادئ علم التفسير، مبادئ علم أصول الفقه، مبادئ علم الفقه، مبادئ علم التوحيد، مبادئ علم المنطق.
وتلت هذه المقاصد الخاتمة التي لخّص فيها المؤلف مدى أهميّة معرفة هذه العلوم والحضّ على تحصيلها على وجه شرعي لمَ لهذه العلوم من ضرورة لمعرفة المبادئ والأحكام الشرعية بالنسبة للمجتهد والدارس والباحث والمشتغل بأي علم من هذه العلوم الشرعية.
