ومن هؤلاء العلماء القلائل في منطقة الخليج هو آية الله الشيخ الدكتور عبد الهادي الفضلي، الذي نذر نفسه لخدمة الدين، ولخدمة الأمة، ولخدمة الإنسانية من خلال علمه الغزير، ومحاضراته، وندواته، ومؤلفاته الكثيرة التي بلغ عددها أكثر من سبعين سفراً، تتضمن الكتب الحوزوية والكتب الجامعية والكتب الثقافية وكتب تحقيق التراث.
