-لقد كان الحاكم بأمر الله أول من فصل الدين عن الدولة، وأعطى المواطنين الحرية المطلقة في انتمائهم الديني والمذهبي، وأعتق المماليك والعبيد وحرم الخمر ولعن من يصنعه ويشربه ويحمله.
-أمر الحاكم بأمر الله بإنشاء دور قضاء خاصة للموحدين.
-ساوت الدعوة التوحيدية بين الرجل والمرأة.
-بعد اعتلاء علي الظاهر العرش الفاطمي، أخذ يسوم الموحدين بشتى أنواع التنكيل والتعذيب والصلب والقتل، وامتدت المحنة من أنطاكية إلى الإسكندرية.
-بعد احتجاب الحاكم والحدود الأربعة، تابه بهاء الدين إدارة الدعوة، وبث الدعاة، حتى المحيط الأطلسي غرباً والهند والسند شرقاً والقسطنطينية شمالاً والجزيرة العربية جنوباً.
وما يسعى إليه هذا الكتاب هو إظهار الصورة الحقيقية للدعوة بشكل مبسط وموضوعي ودور الحدود في الإسلام
