لا مشكلة في الإختلاف ضمن الإطار العلمي المعرفي، إنما المشكلة تكمن في خروج الإختلاف عن مساره العلمي، وتحوله إلى خلاف وصراع إجتماعي وسياسي، وذلك بسبب تدخل الأغراض المصلحية، وظهور نزعات التعصب، ومحاولات فرض الرأي على الآخرين.
ومن أسوأ إفرازات هذه الحالة تبادل الإتهامات الكاذبة، والإفتراءات الزائفة، بين أتباع المذاهب ضد بعضهم بعضاً.
صحيح أن أهل السنة لا يوافقون الشيعة في ما يعتقدونه من إمامة أهل البيت وعصمتهم، لكن محبة أهل البيت وإحترامهم فريضة دينية يجمع عليها السنّة والشيعة.
على العالم والداعية أن يُقرّ إتهاماً كاذباً في أذهان جمهوره على إتباع المذهب الآخر، ولو بصمته وسكوته على ترويج ذلك الإتهام.
