من مواليد ليبيا براك الشاطي 1953م تحصَّل على البكلوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية بتقدير ممتاز مع درجة الشرف الأول على الخريجين بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية 1977م.
قُبِلً معيداً بالقسم 1978م.
تحصًّل على الماجستير في التنمية البشرية من جامعة جورج واشنطن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية 1981م، ثمَّ تحصٍّلَ على الدكتوراه في الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة طرابلس 1992م.
يشغل الآن درجة أستاذ بجامعة طرابلس كلية الاداب.
وقد شغل منصب أمين التعليم والبحث العلمي ب طرابس، ثم شغل منصب وزيرا للتعليم العالي بليبيا، ومن بعده شغل منصب وزير التنمية البشرية

يتحدث هذا الكتاب عن ثلاثة أنبياء هم : إدريس وهود وصالح عليهم السلام، ويأتي جمع أسمائهم هنا لأن رسالتهم مرتبطة بعضها ببعض، فرسالة هود مرتبطة برسالة صالح في القرآن، فكلما ذُكرت عاد ذُكرت ثمود، وهكذا كان الجمع بين هؤلاء الأنبياء الأخيار في سياق كتابٍ واحد.
وتحدثنا عن صفات كلٍّ منهم حديثاً واضحاً، وكيف خاطب قومه، وردّ قومه عليه، وصبر كل نبي، ودعوته المستمرة لعبادة الله تعالى، وبناء حضارة إنسانية تنأى عن التكذيب والكيد، وتتمسك بالاتجاه الأخلاقي، والمعاملة الصادقة، والإصلاح لنواحي النفس والمجتمع والأمة.
