من مواليد ليبيا براك الشاطي 1953م تحصَّل على البكلوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية بتقدير ممتاز مع درجة الشرف الأول على الخريجين بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية 1977م.
قُبِلً معيداً بالقسم 1978م.
تحصًّل على الماجستير في التنمية البشرية من جامعة جورج واشنطن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية 1981م، ثمَّ تحصٍّلَ على الدكتوراه في الخدمة الاجتماعية جامعة طرابلس 1992م.
يشغل الآن درجة أستاذ بجامعة طرابلس كلية الاداب.
وقد شغل منصب أمين التعليم والبحث العلمي ب طرابس، ثم شغل منصب وزيرا للتعليم العالي بليبيا، ومن بعده شغل منصب وزير التنمية البشرية

كثيرة هي الأفكار والآراء والمواقف التي عرضت للنبي عيسى عليه السلام، فقد تشعبت، وامتدت، واختلفت، فجاء هذا الكتاب ليدلّ، ويثبت بالحجج القاطعة والأدلة الساطعة، ما هو موافق للحق والصواب.
و يتناول الكتاب أيضاً النبي عيسى منذ أن وُلد إلى أن رُفع إلى السماء، وما بين ذلك من صور حياتية، ومواقف دعوية آية في الإعجاز.
و نأى المؤلف عن المماحكات والسجالات التي تبَّدت هنا وهناك، فكتب حياة النبي عيسى عليه السلام وفق منهج القرآن الكريم والسنة المتواترة.
