عادل سماره باحث فلسطينى يفجر مفاجأة ..5 أحاديث بالبخارى ومسلم تبيح جهاد النكاح مع مقاتلى الجيش.. حيث يورد الكاتب تفاصيل قصة «لينا» العائدة من الجهاد فى سوريا الثلاثاء، 21 أكتوبر 2014 . هذه القصة وغيرها فتحت الباب أمام البحث عن أصل فتوى جهاد النكاح التي ظهرت على الإنترنت على هامش الأزمة السورية ونسبت إلى الداعية السعودى محمد العريفى تدعو النساء إلى التوجه نحو الأراضى السورية من أجل ممارسة نوع خاص من الجهاد. ومع ذلك فإن العديد من المشايخ يحرمون جهاد النكاح، لأنه لم يرد لفظاً فى أحاديث الرسول، عليه الصلاة والسلام، إلا أن عقول الدواعش استندت إلى تلك الأحاديث النبوية الواردة فى الصحيحين لابتداع نكاح مشابه أطلقوا عليه جهاد النكاح. يرى الكاتب أن سلفيى الربيع العربى قد تجاوزوا كل من سبقهم فى نوعية الفتاوى وغرابتها من تبرير الاغتصاب إلى جهاد النكاح إلى إرضاع الكبير. ويؤكد في كتابه، على وجود سياق تاريخى لجهاد النكاح وظهور الشحنة النفسية للرجل المالك والمسيطر التى تغريه وتقنعه بامتلاك المرأة لا بزمالتها أو شراكتها.
ولكن هل هناك أصل فى التراث الدينى لفتاوى جهاد النكاح، وإلام استند الدعاة السلفيون فى تلك الفتوى من السيرة والحديث؟ عن كل هذه الأسئلة وغيرها يجيب هذا الكتاب.
