ولا شك أن العالم الجليل قد بذل مجهودًا في جمع معلومات هذا الكتاب، ليكتب ما فيه من أبواب وفصول يقص فيها قصص الأنبياء والمرسلين، كما انه قد بذل ما في وسعه لأجل تفسير ما ذكر في القرآن و السنة عن الرسل ، جامعًا ما إستطاع أن يجمع من تفسيرات لآخرين
