وفي ظل التحديات القائمة جراء الأحداث الأمنية العاصفة بعد الربع الأخير من القرن المنصرم، فإن الواقع السياسي والتشرذم العربي جراء عدم استراتيجية موحدة والإنقسامات المتعددة في صفوفه، جعلت القضية الفلسطينية لا تحتل في أولوياته مكاناً مميزاً، خاصة بعد اتفاق أوسلو من جهة، وما تبعه على الساحة الفلسطينية من انقسامات داخل الأجنحة الفلسطينية نفسها. وعليه اعتمدت على التحليل والوقائع الإستقصاء من أجل الوصول إلى الهدف المنشود منها، في البحث حول الفكر السياسي والبناء الإيديولوجي بين المجتمع العربي- الإسلامي والكيان الصهيوني.
ولقد وزعت الدراسات على اربعة فصول، ففي الفصل الأول: تناول المؤلف الصراع الإيديولوجي والإستراتيجيات السياسية بين العالمين العربي- الإسلامي والكيان الإسرائيلي.
اما في الفصل الثالث: فقد بحث في الصراع العربي –الإسلامي والكيان الصهيوني بين النظرية والتطبيق. في حين شمل الفصل الرابع: التشريع الديني واستراتيجية المواجهة العربية –الصهيونية، من خلال البحث في الفكر والتشريع الديني وبناء الكيان السياسي الإسرائيلي، إلى جانب بيان حول استراتيجية المواجهة في ظل الأسلحة النووية والأقمار الإصطناعية وواقع المجتمع الصهيوني والعربي في ظل العولمة.
