علي فتح الله الخليلي (فلسطين ).
ولد عام 1943 في حي الياسمينة - القصبة - نابلس .
حاصل على مؤهل عالٍ في الإدارة العامة من جامعة بيروت العربية 1966.
عمل رئيساً لتحرير ( الفجر الثقافي ) ثم رئيساً لتحرير جريدة ( الفجر) المقدسية .
هو واحد من الأعضاء المؤسسين لاتحاد الكتاب الفلسطينيين في الأرض المحتلة، وكاتب غزير أصدر ما يزيد عن عشرين كتابا.
