قد لا يجد القارئ إجابات واضحة ومباشرة وحاسمة عن هذه الإشكاليات التي تبقى "عالقة"، ولكنه واِجدٌ، لا محالة، في هذا الكتاب، محاولات تضع لَبِناتٍ وترسُمُ معالمَ هادياتٍ على طريق الإقتراب من المعنى بوصفه مساراً ذهنياً ودليلاً (لا مدلولاً) على ضرورة المراوحة بين الخضوع لقيود المعرفة وإنزياحات الإبتكار في إنشاء الكون الدلالي، وسواء أوّصَلَ العقلُ اللسانيُّ إلى ضبط إنتظام التعدّد الدلالي والفوضى الدلالية، أم ظلّ حسيراً عن بُلُوغ المرام، فإنّ التفلُّتَ لم يزل شأنَ المعنى كتفلُّت الماء من قبضة اليد، وتلك طبيعة، فلو فارقَ التفلٌّت وانصبّ في قالب أو تبخّر فأصبح أثراً بعد عين، لفارق حال ميوعته نحو التجمُّد أو نحو الغازيّة.
أليسَ من الوجيه أن نوافق راستييه وفالات (Valette Rastier et 2009) الرأي عندما ذهبَا إلى أنه من الممكن أن يُغادر الإشتراكُ الدلاليُّ (تعدُّد المعنى) الدائرةَ النظريةَ ليُصبح مشكلةً إختباريةً ضمن "لسانيّات المدوّنة"؟...
ألا يكون السعي إلى مقاربة المعنى اعتماداً على القوانين الفيزيائيّة (بَلْهَ حَوْسَبَة المعنى) الطريق الملَكيّ نحو إكتساب العلوم الدلالية الطابع العلمي الصارم مشروعاً محفوفاً بالمصاعب، نظراً إلى إختلاف علم الدلالة التوليدي وعلم الدلالة التأويلي في شأن ترتيب أولويّات الوظائف التي تضطلع بها اللغة أهي البَوْحُ عمّا في مكنون النّفس من "كلام نفسيّ" أم هو المقصدُ التخاطُبيّ والغرضُ التواصليُّ مع الآخرين؟... وهل تتحوّلُ المعاني، إن سلَمْنَا بِتَحَوُّلِها، تَحَوُّلَ الألفاظ أم إنّ لها مساراتٍ مُوازية / مُناظِرة / مُفارِقة...؟.
