وفي هذه الدراسة المقارنة بين الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الدولي الإنساني تسلط الضوء على موضوع حماية الممتلكات الثقافية أثناء النزاعات الدولية المسلحة من خلال فصل تمهيدي وفصلين.
