تحدثنا عن السيرة الذاتيَّة، وعن السيرة النصيَّة، وكأنّ الشعرية الحديثة مراوحة بين سيرتين، حيث يُحدث التبادل بينهما حقلاً من العلاقات، يتحوّل الحقل إلى صور ورموز وإستعارات، هذا شيء صحيح بحدود كتابة القصيدة، لكن المرحلة التي تعقب الكتابة، ستحرّر القصيدة من السيرتين، حيث تندمج السيرتان معاً في وهج الشعرية، فالإثنتان تشكّلان القصيدة، مما يعني أنَّ السيرة الذاتيَّة قليلة الأهمية، أو أنَّها ستكون شاحبة بعد إنتهاء الكتابة، لأن السيرة الذاتية لا تمتلك لغة خارج الذات، في حين السيرة النصّية ميدان التأويل النصّي، وما يبقى هو قصيدة السيرة النصيَّة.
فالكثير من الأدباء والشعراء يستبطنون سيرَهم الذاتيَّة، سيرة الحدث وسيرة الشخصيات، ولكنَّهم، وبوعيِّ مركب، يقلّلون من أثر السيرة الذاتيَّة في الشعر، خاصة إذا كان موضوع القصيدة كبيراً، ودرامياً، مثل قصيدة "ومَن يأبه" وقصيدة "ربيئة دار السلام"، حيث لا تجد أثراً للذاتيَّة فيها: سيرة وشواهد، وحتى أحاسيس، إلاّ وهي موظفة للسيرة النصيَّة، الموضوع المركب للشعريَّة الحديثة.
