وللفساد أسبابه ودوافعه التي قد تكون شخصية نابعة من ضعف الشخص أو طمعه أو سوء تربيته أو عدم إلتزامه بأحكام الله تعالى، وله نتائجه السلبية التي تضر بالإنسان والبيئة بكل أنواع الضرر، وهذا ما أوحى إليه مؤلف هذا الكرّاس سماحة آية الله الشيخ محمد صادق محمد الكرباسي في مقدمته المهمة التي ربط فيها بين الفساد والمعاصي في الشرع، وهو سبب تحريم الشرع له ونهي الله عزّ وجلّ عنه بكل أشكاله.
