صدر لها: -"أسرار الريح"(2004) عن العالمية للنشر تونس -"أرشيف الأعمى" (2007 ) عن دار شرقيات القاهرة.
تحصلت على جائزة أحسن كتاب شعري تونسي لسنة 2004 عن ديوانها "أسرار الريح".
"أرشيف الأعمى" تحصل على جائزة "الكريديف" لسنة 2007، التي ينظمها مركز البحوث والدراسات والتوثيق والإعلام حول انجازات المرأة التونسية.
شاركت في عدد من المهرجانات الثقافية الدولية: 1ـ المهرجان الأدبي الآسيوي الأفريقي بكوريا الجنوبية نوفمبر 2007 2ـ مهرجان أدب الشباب بالأردن تموز 2007 3- ملتقى أدب الشباب العربي بسلطنة عمان أغسطس 2006 4-كما شاركت في إقامة أدبية مدتها 6 أشهر في سيول-كوريا الجنوبية ضمن برنامج يعنى بالتبادل الثقافي بين كوريا وبقية بلدان العالم وذلك بهدف ترجمة رواية كورية إلى العربية من خلال اللغة الفرنسية.
- تكتب تحقيقات ومواضيع ثقافية .كما ترجمت ونشرت العديد من النصوص الأدبية والإبداعية عن اللغة الفرنسية.
ـ تنشر بالصحف والمجلات والمواقع الأدبية ومنها: جريدتي "العرب" و"الزمان" (لندن)، وجريدة "الصحافة" (تونس)، وجريدة "الوطن" (الأردن) وجريدة "أخبار الأدب" (مصر)، ومجلات: "كتابات معاصرة" (لبنان) و"الحياة الثقافية" (تونس) و"كرز" (البحرين)، وملحق "الاتحاد الثقافي" (الإمارات).

حكايات شهرزاد الكورية للشاعرة والصحفية التونسية إيناس العباسي، هو مجموعة حكايات عن الحياة والثقافة والناس في كوريا. تصف الكاتبة حياة الكوريين الجنوبيين وعاداتهم وتقاليدهم. وتركز على وصف العاصمة سيول التي أقامت بها ستة أشهر. فسيول مدينة المطر والورد والمرأة. وسيول امرأة فاتنة، مدينة لا تنام كثيراً: "مطر مباغت... ثقيل، قاس، دافئ يبهجني... ويأخذ قلبي حنيناً نحو نقطة على الخارطة، بعيدة مسافة ووقتاً... سبع ساعات زمنية تفصلني عن تونس، بوابة إفريقيا.. وقيل بعيداً في التاريخ، إنها هي التي أعطت قارة إفريقيا اسمها القديم".
في حكايات شهرزاد الكورية، تتجول شهرزاد في مدينة سيول، وتسميها سيدة الأمطار والمظاهرات اليومية والشموع والمرأة الحب والعمل وإدمان يومي اسمه القراءة.
