كتاب (أطواق الذهب .. في المواعظ والخطب) لمؤلفه العلامة جار الله الزمخشري (476 ه – 538 ه) ، كتاب حكمة ونصاحة، وبراعة وبلاغة، وهو مختصر، مشتمل على مائة مقالة قصيرة يفتتحها بـ "الذي يخفض المرء" وينتهي بـ "كيف رضيت بالقذى؟"
وفي هذه النسخة جاء الكتاب من تأليف العلامة جار الله محمود بن عمر الزمخشري، وشرح وتعليق راشد بن مصطفى الخليلي، حيث ابتدأ بـ"نبذة عن حياة الزمخشري" ورحلته الطويلة في العلم من مكة إلى مدنٍ عدة خراسان وأصفهان وبغداد ودعوته إلى وطنه زمخشر، ووفاته في خوارزم. بعد ذلك يذكر الشارح تصانيف الزمخشري وتبلغ خمسة وأربعون كتاباً ومنها "المنهاج في أصول الفقه" و "المستقصى في أمثال العرب" إضافة إلى تصانيف ورسائل أخرى، يلي ذلك (خطبة المؤلف الزمخشري) التي يظهر فيها حمده وشكره لله بقوله:" اللهم إني أحمدك على ما أزللت إلي من نعمتك، وعلى ما أزلت عني من نقمتك، على أني لم أكن أهلاً للأولى، وكنت بالثانية أولى، لولا فضل منك سابق حمدُ الحامد ولاءه يقطف، وإن أعنق فكأنه مصفود يوسف".
