"مركز النظم البيني IDC، أحد أبرز المراكز الأكاديمية في الكيان الصهيوني يعقد مؤتمراُ سنوياً لبحث شؤون الكيان الداخلية والخارجية توضع نتائجه في تصرف متخذي القرارات في كيان العدو وكذلك الخبراء والباحثين، الدراسة التي بين أيدينا تعطي فكرة عن المركز، تأسيسه، مؤسساته، نشاطاته، وهيئاته. وتشتمل على ملخص واف لوثائق المؤتمر الأخير الذي عقده المركز على مدار ثلاثة أيام في أواسط كانون الأول، العام 2001.
وقد نوقشت خلال المؤتمر عدة مواضيع تمحورت على الشكل التالي: 1-المحور السياسي: الذي تم فيه مناقشة القضايا التي تتعلق بوضع الكيان الصهيوني الدولي في ظل الظروف الملتهبة في الأرض المحتلة، ودراسة السبل الكفيلة لتحسين الصورة التي تكونت عن الدبلوماسية الصهيونية، 2-المحور الأمني: استهدف بالدرجة الأولى مراجعة الحسابات فيما يتعلق بالقضايا الأمنية والإستراتيجية على ضوء سنة ونصف من عمر الانتفاضة مع استشراق للوضع المستقبلي للكيان الصهيوني، بالنظر للأخطار المتزايدة من قبل إيران والعراق وتزايد قدراتهما النووية.
3-المحور الاقتصادي: يعالج هذا المحور قضايا يرى فيها الباحثون، والمحاضرون سبلاً لتنشيط الاقتصاد المتدهور في الكيان الصهيوني من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى التفكير في آليات لممارسة الضغط الاقتصادي على الجبهات العدائية (سوريا-العراق-غيران) بما يخدم الأمن القومي لإسرائيل. 4-المحور الإعلامي: بحث هذا المحور عبر استطلاعات للرأي وإحصاءات صحيفة رأي التجمع الاستيطاني بنظامه الإعلامي وقدراته المعلوماتية، وآليات تلافي الخلل الحاصل في البنية الإعلامية.
