حيث وقف الكتاب مفنداً كل تلك الإتفاقيات والمعاهدات والقرارات، ذلك إنها مخالفة لأبسط قواعد القانون الدولي، مشيراً إلى أنها كانت تتساوق مع النزعة الإمبريالية في السيطرة على المنطقة العربية.
