ويصدر هذا الكتاب تتويجاً لجهد استمر نحو عام في تحديث وتحرير أوراق العمل التي قدّمت في المؤتمر الدولي الذي عقده مركز الزيتونة للدراسات والإستشارات في بيروت في 2009/11/5-4، بعنوان"إسرائيل والقانون الدولي"، وبمشاركة نخبة من أبرز الخبراء في القانون الدولي. كما تم إضافة عدد من الفصول المهمة إليها.
