جاء هذا الكتاب المعنون بـ"أثر الدلالة النحوية واللغوية في استنباط الأحكام من آيات القرآن التشريعية" على مقدمة وبابين وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فجاءت لتبين تعريف الدلالة والقرآن والآية في اللغة والإصلاح.
وأما الباب الأول فعقد لبيان أن العربية هي لغة القرآن والتشريع وذلك في فصلين: أولهما تكلم عن العلاقة بين الشريعة والعربية. فتحدثت عن أسباب اختيار العربية لغة لتشريع الإسلامي، وعن اشتراط التعمق فيها للمجتهد في الأحكام الفقهية، وعن علاقة في المسائل النحوية واللغوية كالمشترك والمتضاد والمطلق والمقيد والخاص والعام، وعن علاقتهما في الأحكام التي تثبت عن طريق العرف، وعلاقتهما في القياس وتعليل الأحكام، وعلاقتهما في بعض القواعد العامة.
وثانيها تضمن الكلام على القرآن والعربية، فتحدث أولاً عن عربية القرآن، وعن اللغة التي نزل بها من لغات العرب وأسباب ذلك، ثم تكلم عن قيمة التفسير اللغوي، وعن المدرسة اللغوية في التفسير مبيناً منهج أبرز العلماء الذين برزوا في هذا الميدان، ثم ذكر -ملخصاً طرق استفادة الفقهاء والنحاة واللغويين من لغة القرآن.
وأما الباب الثاني فخصص لبيان أثر الدلالة النحوية ف آيات التشريع وجاء في فصلين: الفصل الأول: عقدته لبيان أثر الدلالة النحوية. وجعل الثاني لبيان أثر الدلالة اللغوية التي جاءت في آيات التشريع. وقد تضمن الكلام عن بعض المواد اللغوية وهي: أخا، وبشر، وحضر، وحصن، وربا، وزعم، وشرك، وشهد، وصعد، وطاق، وعاد، وعزم، وعفا، وغوت، وفضا، وقرأ، وكلب، وكلل، ولمس، ومس، ونفي، ونكح، وولد، ويدي.
وأما الخاتمة فلخصت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال هذا البحث.
