Il tend par la meme, a contribuer au debat interieur, non pas sur tel ou tel aspect des nombreux details relatifs a l’esclavage que l’on peut rencontrer ici et la dans la jurisprudence, mais sur le principe ideologique meme de celui-ci. L’esclavage est-il, oui ou non, compatible avec les principes fondamentaux, prones par la foi et les regles generales d’equite en Islam? N’y a-t-il pas eu vice de procedure intellectuelle et tromperie sur la nature du droit musulman elle-meme par ceux qui ont longtemps fait croire a l’existence de principe esclavagiste au sein meme du corpus quranique?
