كاتب فلسطيني، ولد في قرية سلفيت قرب نابلس عام 1971، حصل على بكالوريوس في الأدب العربي وماجستير في العلاقات الدّولية من جامعة بير زيت.
يعمل حاليًا محررًا لصحيفة <أيام> وفي المركز الفلسطيني للدراسات الإسرائيلية <مدار>.
صدر له كتاب <هواجس الإسكندر> (٢٠٠٣) و <سيرة العقرب الذي يتصبب عرقاً> التي حصلت على جائزة من مؤسسّة عبد المحسن القطان لعام ٢٠٠٧ وترجمت للّغة الفرنسية.

أعتقد أنه إذا قرر مؤتمر الصلح أن تكون البلاد وطناً قومياً لليهود، فمهما اتخذنا من الوسائط لحماية حقوق الوطنيين الأصليين فلا بد أن يضطروا مع الزمان الى الجلاء عن هذه البلاد.
يقولون: أن عدد الأهالي قليل جداً بالنسبة الى الأرض، فلا يحق لهم أن يملكوا هذه الأراضي ولا أن يستثمروها، ولكن إذا كان عددنا قليلاً اليوم فإنه قابل للزيادة، إما من الداخل ، أي إذا تحسّنت الأحوال وراعينا الأصول الصحية زاد النسل وقلّت الوفيات، أو من الخارج، أي بانضمام غيرنا إلينا من أبناء العرب في البلاد كلها.
فإذا أخذنا الأراضي المتروكة أو المهملة من قبل الأهالي فمعنى ذلك الحكم علينا بأن لا نزيد، وإذا زدنا فليس أمامنا إلا المهاجرة من هذه البلاد الى غيرها. اليهود يحق لهم أن يزيدوا أما نحن فلا، وهذا حكم جائر…
ثم إن فريقاً من الأهالي لا يملكون شيئاً من الأراضي فماذا يكون حكمهم، هل يستطيعون أن يقفوا أمام تيار المهاجرة اليهودية؟ هل يستطيع الصانع أو التاجر أو غيرهما أن يناظرا الصانع أو التاجر اليهودي الذي لا يجيء الى هذه البلاد ليعيش، ولكن ليبيد غيره.. إذا لم تكن هذه البلاد للعرب فلتكن للأمم كلها، وإذا لم تشاؤوا إلا أن تعطوها لليهود، فأعطونا حق الدفاع عن أنفسنا حتى نفنى عن آخرنا. ذلك خير من أن نموت موت الجبناء، موت الأذلاء...
