"معلقاً من كتفه" هو الإصدار الثالث للشاعر والكاتب محمد الحميد بعد كتابيه "بحجة الكوميديا" و "فيلم قصير لكاميرا ضائعة". ويضم هذا الديوان قصيدة طويلة ومتصلة المشاهد أُهديث لصديق يتوزع داخل تلك النصوص: "إلى سلمان الجربوع ... لما تفعله بنا كل مرة (عبد الله ومنصور وعبد الرؤوف وعزيز وعبد المحسن، ومرابط): شهراً نتذكره، وأحد عشر شهراً نترقبك". ومن هذا المفتتح يجد القارىء منظومة من مهيمنات الاخطاب الشعري في سياقات تحديثية لا تقف عند اجتراح الأفكار فقط، بل تمتد إلى الإعتناء بالإيقاع البصري والإيقاع الدلالي وإيقاع التجربة نفسها، لتخرج بعد ذلك بكل هذه المؤتلفات إلى حدود التنميط البصري التشكيلي. لنقرأ هذه الصورة:
"بأثر متباعد، / تصلهم / المواد ذات الطبيعة الحارقة / تعميك عن مشاهدتهم / كلما اقترحت صورة طالتك ظلمتهم، / ظلالاً تتموج لتغطيك أكثر / الحاجز يفصلك عن المساحة التي / تمد لها يدك / لتخطىء الطريق أكثر (...)". هكذا تقد الرؤية الشعرية عند الشاعر الحميد في مستوى من مستوياته النصية في محاولة لنقل الواقع إلى الشعر.
