بعد اجتياح قوات العدو الإسرائيلي للبنان عام 1982، ظنّ هذا العدو وكثير من الشرائح السياسية والثقافية العربية والإسلامية أن المنطقة وقعت في الأسر الإسرائيلي لمدة لا يعلم إلا الله إلى متى تستمر... وتفاعل مع هذا الغزو اللبنانيين والعرب كل حسب ما تمليه عليه ثقافته وقناعاته السياسية والعقائدية. شهد هذا الزمن مقاومة عنيدة، مؤمنة ومخلصة تحدت هذا الاحتلال ومن سار في ركابه على الأرض اللبنانية. تبين من خلال هذه المقاومة أن العدو قوي عندما نكون نحن غير جادين أو مخططين بشكل جيد، أو غير عارفين بمكامن ضعف هذا العدو. حققت هذه المقاومة، وخلال مسيرتها التي استمرت مدة عقدين، ولا تزال نجاحات ميدانية وسياسية بهرت عيون المراقبين محلياً وعربياً ودولياً. في الخامس والعشرين من أيار سنة ألفين حققت هذه المقاومة ما وعدت به أهلها، وهو التحرير واندحار العدو الإسرائيلي بدون أية مكاسب أو تنازلات، هذا الإنجاز العظيم وجد صدى غير مسبوق وتجسد ابتهاجاً وفرحاً وكلمات. وحرصاً من "المركز الاستشاري للدراسات والتوثيق" على عدم إضاعة هذه الكلمات بين صفحات الجرائد والمجلات ارتأى أن يقدم هذه المادة لقرائه الراغبين بالاطلاع على أصداء الانتصار لدى أصحاب الأقلام في لبنان والعالم العربي.
