"الإنسان الذي يواجه الصعوبات- ولو كان وحده- يجب أن يكون قوياً أنا أدركت هذا بشكل أفضل حين بقيت وحدي وسط اليأس. مع هذا، لطول وحدتي على مدى سنوات، اعتدت على هذه الحالة، حتى إنني بحثت عن الوحدة في بعض الأحيان لكي أشعر بالاعتزاز الناجم عن الشعور بالقوة. هذا الشعور الذي أسميه اعتزازا كان في البداية طريقاً للسلوان. أمثالي الذين يعتقدون أن حياتهم مليئة بالعذاب وجدوا مخارج للسلوان تشبه هذا.
هذه المخارج هي صداقات لحظات الوحدة لمن يشعر بالوحدة. بواسطة الصدقات يمكننا الصمود في مواجهة الحياة، وحتى في مواجهة الموت.
لديّ صداقات عدة تشبه ما أسمتيه أعلاه اعتزازاً. لو كان لدي وقت لحدثتكم عنها. يا لجمال هذا! ولكنني إذا أفضيت لكم بهمومي في هذه المقالة التي أكتبها من أجل غريب يمكن أن تغضبوا مني. لهذا السبب أعرج على واحدة فقط من هذه الصداقات.
هل قررتم ذات مرة ألا تندموا على ما تفعلون؟ أنا قررت. واستفدت كثيراً. لو أنني لم أقرر قراراً كهذا قبل زمن طويل فمن المؤكد أن أيامي الحزينة ستكون أكثر عدداً".
كانت هذه الكلمات هي السطور الأولى مما كتبه "أورهان ولي " كمقدمة لمجموعته "مجموعة غريب" وهي التي تأتينا في هذا الكتاب مصحوبة بباقة بل باقات أخرى من الشعر التركي، فهذا الكتاب يحمل بين جوانحه الأعمال الكاملة التي قدمها الشاعر التركي "أورهان".. إنها نافذة تطل منها على الأدب التركي لنتعرف عن قرب عليه ونشاهد بين سطوره عالم جديد من الشعر والأدب.
