يأتي هذا الكتاب في بيان"علم أصول الدين" الذي صار يعرف بالعلم بالقواعد الشرعية الإعتقادية المكتسب من أدلتها اليقينية، حيث ازدادت عناية علماء أهل السنة والجماعة بعلم الأصول الدينية فصنفوا فيه الكتب المختصرة والمطولة. ومن أهم الكتب ألتي ألفت في شرح عقائد الإسلام هذا الكتاب والذي هو تحقيق لمخطوط كتاب "شرح العقيدة البرهانية والفصول الإيمانية" وهو من الشروح النفسية للإمام العالم المعروف تبقي الدين المقترح (ت 612هـ) المحقق في أصول الدين، المتكلم على مذهب الإمام أبي الحسن الشعري إمام أهل السنة والجماعة. اعتنى بشرحها "نزار حمادي" بالإعتماد على أكثر من نسخة إضافة إلى النسخة الأم بحيث عمل على إدراج متن العقيدة البرهانية من ضمن تحقيق شرحها للإمام سعيد العقباني إضافة إلى تخريج الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية التي استشهد بها الإمام عثمان السلالجي"، "تعريف بالإمام تقي الدين المقترح"، "نماذج من المخطوط المعتمد" وفيها: الكلام في الأحكام العقلية، الكلام في وجوب معرفة الله تعالى وطريق حصولها، الكلام في لفظ العالم، الكلام في حد العالم، الكلام في أقسام العالم، الكلام في إثبات الجوهر الفرد، الكلام في حد الجوهر الفرد، إلى آخر ذلك من أدلة شرعية اعتقادية تثبت صحتها من أدلتها اليقينية شرحاً وتحليلاً وإدراكاً مستمدة جميعها من كتاب الله (القرآن الكريم). الذي هو خير دليل على صحة العقيدة ودوامها على مر الأزمان...
