اغتصاب الذكور للإناث ليس بالظاهرة الجديدة، فقد عرفته المجتمعات على اختلافها منذ عصور موغلة في القدم.
ولم يختلف الحال في مصر عنه في غيرها من الدول، فقد ظل ما يقع فيها من جرائم الاغتصاب قليلا بدرجة ملحوظة، على الأقل بالنسبة لما يتم الإبلاغ عنه، حيث أن الاغتصاب والجرائم الجنسية عموما تأتي على رأس قائمة الجرائم الخفية، وبالتالي لا يعرف حجمها الحقيقي، والذي لا يشك أحد في انه يبلغ أضعاف الحجم المعروف.
كتاب يتناول أحد الموضوعات المثيرة والحساسة في نفس الوقت وهو اغتصاب الإناث ، وتميز الكتاب بأنه تناول الموضوع بأسلوب سردي علمي يبعد عن الإثارة ، كما أنه تناول الموضوع من الناحية التاريخية ومن وجهة نظر الدين الإسلامي.
ويبدأ الكتاب بتناول اغتصاب الإناث في العصور القديمة عند الحضارات القديمة المختلفة كالفراعنة والصين واليهود والعرب وغيرهم ، ثم في العصور الوسطى في أوروبا ، وأخيرا في العصر الحديث لدى مجموعة من الدول كبريطانيا وفرنسا وألمانيا وكذلك في الدول العربية ، ثم ينتقل الكتاب إلى تناول الموضوع من الناحية الإسلامية فيوضح مفهوم الاغتصاب في الدين الإسلامي ، وفي النهاية يتناول الكتاب العوامل الاجتماعية والنفسية المؤثرة في الاغتصاب.
