اصبح لنظرية الحتمية القيمية تصورا شبه مكتمل للظاهرة الاتصالية في البيئة العربية و العالمية الان على أعتبار أن الباحثين في هذه المدرسة إستعانو بالطرح الابستيمولوجي الباشلاري الذي لا ينفي المعارف العلمية ولا التراث المعرفي لأي ظاهرة أو موضوع ،رغم تأثره بالنظريات الغربية في فهم الاتصال ، إلا أن تميز تفكيره العلمي عن نمطية التنظير السوسيولوجي في إرتكازه على القيم الإسلامية في فهم الظاهرة الاتصالية على عكس عديد المنظرين كل مستقى و مستوحى من أفكار علمية سابقة في التحليل المنهجي و التأصيل النظري تُعد نظرية الحتمية القيمية في الإعلام من النظريات الاتصالية القليلة التي رأت بوجوب تبني التعددية النظرية و الابستيمولوجية و الاستعانة بمختلف المنهجيات المرنة و بناء جسور معرفية تُسهلّ الانتقال من نظرية إلى أخرى حسبما تفتضيه ضرورات البحث الاتصالي، إذ نلحظ تفاعل نظرية الحتمية القيمية مع محيطها الفكري و المعرفي ضمن مختلف حقول المعرفة السوسيولوجية و تأثُرها بمختلف مبانيها واتجاهاتها النظرية ، خصوصا تلك النظريات التي تتميز بقدرتها على التفسير والتحليل و مقاربة العالم الاجتماعي و دراسة الفاعلين الاجتماعيين بالاعتماد على منهجيات تحليل فعالة للنظام الاجتماعي، و من بين أهم هذه النظريات النظرية البنيوية الوظيفية بجميع روافدها المختلفة ، والظاهراتية، و التفاعلية الرمزيةوالتأويلية و التقليد النقدي.
