هل تحتاج علاقة الفلسفة بالنقد، إلى إثبات أو توضيح؟... نعم. هذا ما نعتقد، رغم أن هذه العلاقة مرتبطة بهوية الفلسفة نفسها، بل تكاد تكون مهمتها الحصرية كفعل متميز في التفكير والنظر العقلي، بالمقارنة مع غيرها من حقول العلم.
صحيح أن روح النقد تهيكل الفضاء المفاهيمي للنص الفلسفي بالكامل، غير أن حضوره الكثيف ليس علنياً أو مكشوفاً كفعل التفلسف نفسه، إن مكره وخداعه يكمنان في كيفية حضوره وكيفية إنبساطه داخل النص بالضبط، فالنقد كما مارسته الفلسفة في كل العصور، وبالتالي كما رفعت باسمه وهيكلت روحه الفكري، لم يكن يوماً دعوة صريحة إلى إعتناق رأي أو مذهب جاهز أو مشروع محدَّد سلفاً، لأن هذه الدعوة بالذات ستكون النهاية التراجيدية للفلسفة على الإطلاق.
تحتاج علاقة الفلسفة بالنقد إلى تشخيص دقيق ومتواصل، فبقدر ما نمارس فعل التفلسف يتجدد معنى ومضمون النقد بالذات، لأن النقد ليس كتلة فكرية تنتظرنا عند المحطة الأولى بعد إقلاعنا في فعل التفكير، بل لمسة منهجية نكون دوماً في طور البحث عنها وتعقب آثارها وبصماتها، لكي نتعلم من خلالها، ليس فقط كيفية الترافع والدفاع عن أفكارنا بقوة الحجج والبراهين، بل أيضاً كيفية الإنفكاك منها حين تتأكد هشاشتها أو ربما بطلانها.
إننا في هذا الكتاب الذي نضعه بين يدي القارئ نترصد علاقة الفلسفة بالنقد في أوضاع سوسيولوجية وتاريخية وعلمية متباينة، نتعقبها في تماسها مع السياسة وهي في وضعية مخاطرة وإختبار فكري دقيق، كما نتعقبها في موقفها الخاص من ذاتها ومن المجتمع.
ولا يفوتنا أن نتتبع عملها في تشريحها للمفاهيم ووضعها المستمر على طاولة التخصيب والتجديد والمناقشة الرصينة، دون أن نتغافل عن البحث عن حدسها الخاص للتغيير، وتتبعها لمفاصله وتوتراته ونزاعاته التي لا تنتهي، في زمن فائر بهذه الثورات القوية والجامحة التي يسميها المؤرخون بالحداثة.
