عاد اليمين الإسرائيلي إلى كراسي الحكم متحالفاً مع أحزاب دينية يجمع بينها هدف أساسي هو سيادة إسرائيل على أرض إسرائيل التاريخية أو الدينية بحسب نظرة أي منها وحسب مفاهيم تمتد بحدودها لتشمل كل ما تبقى من الأراضي العربية المحتلة: فلا دولة فلسطينية ولا تقسيم للقدس ولا انسحاب من الجولان ولا حدود لعمليات الاستيطان والتهويد ولا عودة لللاجئين. ولكها لاءات تتردد صراحة على لسان "نتنياهو" وهي نتاج تاريخ طويل من التطرف صاحب الحركة الصهيونية منذ نشأتها-تطرف قد تعلو لهجته حيناً وقد يغلف بستائر دبلوماسية في بعض الأحيان وقد تخف حدته تحت وطأة الظروف ثم يأخذ طريقه من أجل إقامة الدولة اليهودية وتوسعها على حساب أصحاب الارض.
وفي هذا الكتاب يحاول المؤلف أن يستعرض التاريخ المأساوي لهذا التطرف اليهودي من خلال إلقاء الضوء على تراث اليهود الديني والتاريخي والظروف التي أدت إلى نشأة اليمن الصهيوني المتطرف مستعرضاً لمواقف الزعماء اليهود وعداوتها للعرب والسياسات التي انتهجوها منذ نشأة دولتهم.
