تبحث هذه الدراسة لمركز الدراسات البرلمانية في مسار العملية الإصلاحية في الأردن عام 2011 تحت تأثير التحولات الثورية العربية والصدى الداخلي في الشارع الأردني لهذه التحولات وتأثيرات الأوضاع السياسية والإقتصادية على هذه العملية وتجيب الدراسة على عدد من الأسئلة:
-كيف تعامل النظام السياسي مع الحراكات السياسية الإجتماعية.
-ما هي الآليات التي اختارها للبدء بالإصلاح الدستوري والقانوني؟.
-كيف تفاعلت الأجهزة الرسمية مع المطالب الإصلاحية؟.
-كيف أثرت التحولات في الدول العربية ومساراتها على الوضع الأردني، وظهرت مجموعة من المفردات في الساحة السياسية الأردنية؟.
-هل ما تم من إصلاحات هو الخاتمة؟ أم أن مسيرة الإصلاح لا تتوقف؟.
هذه الأسئلة وغيرها، هي ما حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عليها وتوظيف ما توفر لدى الباحث من أوراق ووثائق أثناء عمله في لجنة الحوار الوطني ومعايشته للأحداث في السنوات الثلاث 2011- 2013 عبر عمله الأكاديمي والبحثي في الجامعة ومشاركته في الندوات والحوارات العملية والسياسية في المنتديات ومراكز الأبحاث في الأردن وخارجه، في إعداد مادة هذه الدراسة.
