وقد ارتبطت العروبة بدينها الإسلامي، وانتشرت بانتشاره فهي- أي العروبة- لا تخص بلدا بعينه...ولا شعبا بمفرده ولا جماعة عرقية بذاتها... وإنما تخص جماع روع هذه الأمة؛ ولأنها ثقافة جمعت بين معاطفها زوج "الجغرافيا"، و "حيوية التاريخ" لأي شعب من شعوب مشروع الأمة التاريخي في الوحدة، والتوحد، والتوحيد.
وإن أمة يتأكد وجودها بالعروبة تاريخاً، وبإسلام دينا وعقيدة، لهي أمة تمتلك ثقافة الوجود المستمر الذي يمتنع على كل قوى الاستبعاد، والعولمة أن تذيب كيانه الثقافي، في كيان "عولمي" يدين بالولاء لأصحاب المصلحة في وجوده فثقافتنا ليست "ثقافة الزحام"، "والمسحوق البشري" الذي تذروه الرياح... إنما ثقافة الوجود البشري الكريم، ثقافة المسئولية التي ألقاها الله على الإنسان لذلك كان مشروع تثقيف من يتولى تربية الطفل وتنمية قدراته، وإعداده لتحمل مسئوليات التقدم وازدهار الوطن والأمة.
