وتمثل المؤسسات التربوية في مؤسسات نظامية كالمدرسة أو إجتماعية لا مدرسية كالبيت والمسجد والسوق والشارع والمتجر والملعب لأنه عن طريق كل واحدة منها يكتسب النشئ مقومات مختلفة للحياة التي يحياها سواء كانت تلك المؤسسة متضمنة بالسلوك الإسلامي الصحيح وبغيره، فإن لها تأثير عظيم على نشأتهم لذا وجب الإهتمام بتلك المؤسسات التي تساهم مساهمة فعالة في تخريج الأجيال التي يسعى المنهج القرآني والنبوي لإعدادهم لواقع الحياة لأداء دورها التربوي الإسلامي والخلقي والجسمي للقيام بأعباء ومستويات الخلافة في الأرض.
وتتعدد المؤسسات التربوية التي تسهم مساهمة فعالة في إكساب دوراً بارزاً في تدعيمها وتنميتها وتتمثل هذه المؤسسات التربوية في الأسرة والمدرسة والمسجد وجماعة الرفاق ووسائل الإعلام كما أن وسائط تنمية القيم الأخلاقية كثيرة ومتعددة ويتم عن طريقها تنشئة الأفراد المسلمين على القيم الإسلامية الصحيحة.
