لقد مرت بالأخوان المسلمين المحن الطاحنة بأطورها. وتوالت عليهم الفتن لسنوات طوال ففتن من فتن.. ووفق الله تعالى برحمته من شاء فثبه على الحق الذى جاء به المصطفى عليه الصلاة والسلام فى كل مواقفة وجميع حالاته.
ولقد كان مما ابتلى به الاخوان فى سجونهم ومعتقلاتهم ما أظهره البعض من رأى نادي بتكفير المسلمين أو التشكك فى حقيقة اسلامهم وإيمانهم.
ولقد سارع الاخوان- رغم قسوة سجنهم ومعتقلاتهم إلى تصحيح هذا الفهم. لا رهبة من أحد ولا زلفى لأحد سوى الواحد الأحد الذي لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفواً أحد. وقال مرشدهم -آنذاك- الاستاذ/ حسن اسماعيل الهضيبي. رضوان الله عليه. ردا على تلك الدعوى كلمته الجامعة التى حددت طريق الأخوان المسلمني وعبرت عن منهجهم وصورت مهمتهم "نحن داعة ولسنا قضاة" وأشرف -رحمه الله- على وضع ابحاث فى عقيدة أهل السنة فى الموضوعات الى أثار حولها أصحاب تلك الدعوى شبهات.وكان من فضل الله ورحمته فيها الشفاء فهذا الخواطر وإطمانت النفوس بعد أن لاح الحق وانتفت الشبهات.
لذا رأينا من المفيد نشر تلكم الأبحاث التى اصدرها المرشد العام للأخوان المسلمين الأستاذ حسن الهضيبي - رحمة الله وجزاه خيراً- وقد ألحقنا بها رسائل بعث بها- رحمه الله- إلى بعض اخوانه وأبنائه اجابة عن تساؤلات منهم عسى أن يكون فى ذلك ايضاح لمن طلب الحق وبيان لعقيدة الاخوان المسلمين وتحديد لموقفهم ومنهجهم "والله يقول الحق وهو يهدي السبيل".
