القانون الثالث: فى وحدانية الباري، القانون الرابع: فى إبطال التشبيه وما يجوز عليه- تعالى- وام لا يجوز، القانون الخامس: فى افعال واجب الوجود- فيه مطلبان: مطلب نفى الغرض - مطلب فى حدث وقطع تسلسل الكائنات، والقانون السادس: فى المعاد.
